BEECH HOLIDAY COTTAGE at Paddock House Farm Holiday Cottages. Is situated atound a pretty courtyard. Beech Holiday Cottage was a very large Farm Managers cottage in the past and has now been converted to a luxury Holiday Cottage having 3 bedrooms. The large master bedroom has a four poster double bed with fitted wardrobes far more than you will need for your holiday. Along with vanity table, bedside cabinets and CD clock radio. There is a upstairs and downstairs twin bedroom. The upstairs has a full shower room with WC & Wash hand basin. Downstairs there is a ful bathroom with shower above the bath, WC & wash hadn basin. The downstairs twin bedroom has a settee which can be converted to a luxury bed settee making the downstiars bedroom a large family room sleeping up to 4 persons. This room is also ideal when holidaying with eldrely visitors this gives them the benerfit to holiday all on the ground floor. The large country Kitchen has Electric Oven, Microwave, Fridge freezer, Electric Kettle, Toaster and all the crockery and cuttlry you will need. In the lounge there is an open fire with another luxury bed settee. TV, DVD and free sat which gives you al the free TV & Radio Channels via Sky TV. The lounge has direct access to the patio area along with barbeque, picnic tables and direct access to the large grassed area for ball games and is also ajaceent to the children's play area. All the holiday cottages can be booked in any combination for the larger group up to arround 40 persons in total.What our guests say

Emails have been flying since we all returned home and everyone has said "What a great place to stay!". Both cottages were so spacious and so very well equipped. They had marvellous views over the surrounding coutryside and there were so many walks and houses of interest within a few miles - quite important when you have travelled such a long way to get to your cottage! I think everyone is thinking of returning, either for another reunion or as individuals. I certainly will be back at some stage and will be recommending your place to others. M Bullock
