  • If not posting the form please type your name. I declare that I am over 18 years of age and agree that this booking is made in accordance with the conditions of hire. I agree to be held responsible for the balance of hire terms for this property, due and payable with the conditions of hire.
  • dd/mm/yyyyIncomplete booking forms will be returned.All offers or reduced price holidays have to be paid in full at the time of booking.Full amount if booking is within 10 weeks.Final payment must be received within 10 weeks of your booking no reminders will be sent.Please Make Cheques payable to: Paddock House Holiday Cottages.
