  • Full Name and age of Each person staying in the Holiday Cottage.
  • *Full Payment is required if less than 10 weeks before arrival.*
    When Paying by Credit or Debit Card Please call 01335 310282 to make payment over the Telephone after you have received the confirmation email.
  • Deposit (£150.00) or Full amount. Bookings under £200.00 full payment.
  • If not posting the form please type your name. I declare that I am over 18 years of age and agree that this booking is made in accordance with the conditions of hire. I agree to be held responsible for the balance of hire terms for this property, due and payable with the conditions of hire.
  • dd/mm/yyyy Incomplete booking forms will be returned. All offers or reduced price holidays have to be paid in full at the time of booking. Full amount if booking is within 10 weeks. Final payment must be received within 10 weeks of your booking no reminders will be sent. Please Make Cheques payable to: Paddock House Holiday Cottages. BACS details will be provided in the reply email. If paying by Credit or Debit card for your additional security please call and pay over the telephone. Please submit your booking form 1st. There is an additional 2% charge for credit card payments. No charge for debit cards. Please included a printed copy if paying by cheque. On submission of the above form I will confirm your booking normally by email within 24 hours. If you have not received a reply within this time then please call or email.
