Ash Holiday Cottage is all on the one level with 3 internal steps. Has a large double four poster bedroom with 2 twin bedroom. The lounge has an open coal fire and luxury bed settee larhe country kitchen and a full bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. There is also a seperate WC and A seperate shower room.

Beech Holiday Cottage sleeps 6 + 4

The largest of the 3 bedroom cottages, This cottage had direct access through the patio doors onto the play area. The play area is far enough away to maintain private and quite but close enough to watch the children at play. Beech Cottage has a double four poster bedroom and twin bedroom on the 1st floor along with the shower room and wc. On the ground floor is the lounge with open coal fire and luxury bed settee large country kitchen twin bedroom with a further luxury bed settee and the bathroom with shower above the bath and wc.

Oak Holiday Cottage sleeps 5 + 2

Oak Holiday Cottage is an ideal choice for the family of 4 or 5, The perfect layout for the family. Has a single and twin bedroom near the main bathroom with shower over the bath and wc. The gallery bedroom is above the open plan living dinning and kitchen. This whole area can be closed off from the rest of the cottage to give Mum & Dad there privacy but still close enough to hear the children. The cottage has the church style window with fantastic views. Own parking area.
